The coordinating body is designated in every administrative district and it consists of three members that belong in the current Delegation. These bodies exercise executive power and are subject to supervision of Administrative Council and the President. The Delegations consist of the Coordinator and his two deputies. Their main institutional role is the coordination of the members of Delegation in order to achieve the proper function of the administrative districts and the execution of the Administrative Council. Moreover, supervisory authorities are designated. They are overseeing the activities of the Delegations and are informing the Administrative Council in case of administrative irregularities.
