Those who are interested in becoming HAPSc members need to submit the application form to the Board of Directors of the Association via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org). As long as the prospective members have all the required qualifications under the statute of the Association , and receive the approval of the Board of Directors they need to proceed with the payment of the registration and subscription fee based on the member status that they receive. The prospective members need to cover the registration and subscription costs within five working days, upon notification of application approval by the Board of Directors or any other authorized body of the Association. The fee is determined by special decision made by the Board of Directors. The decision can be reformulated every six month – AUTOMATED ELECTRONIC PROCESS.
CATEGORIES OF MEMBERS
The participants of the Association are divided into two main categories; those who have the membership and those who have the status of assistant members. The two main categories come with subcategories. Namely, the members are divided into the subcategories of a) founding members and b) regular members, while the assistant members are separated into a) trainee members and b) young members. The special member categories include: the Honorary Members, Partners of the Association, by merit Members and Friends of the Organization – refer to the extract of HAPSc’s statute on Members’ Rights and Obligations -.
Special member books and registration numbers are kept for all the different categories and subcategories of our members. This information will be connected to the electronic registration forms of the members and the corresponding acts of deceleration. Those with the ability of obtaining special certification of membership from the Board of Directors are considered as members of the Association. The certification must demonstrate the registration number and the administrative district that the member belongs to. The members enjoy benefits.
RIGHT TO REGISTER
The members of the Association must have legal capacity.
Anyone who, upon judicial decision, has been deprived of the right to freely establish a cooperation or association of persons cannot be a member of the Association.
Any action conducted before or after the submission of the application form may be considered, by the Board of Directors, as inconsistent with the purposes of the Association. It may, therefore, be a reason for rejecting the member’s application. Membership status is of personal character and is attributed to the members on the day of listing in the Association’s Registers.
